How to play
Everything you need to start with Gachaaa, plus the FAQ.
Getting started
- Open up to 3 free trial packs on the home page.
- Sign in on the login page with Google, Kakao, Naver or a nickname.
- Pull a pack (10 cards, 1,000 P) or a capsule (1 card, 100 P — 2 free for new accounts).
- Cards go into your binder. Exchange duplicates for Pack Points and open more packs.
- Compete with other collectors on the SSR and power rankings.
FAQ
What is Gachaaa?
Gachaaa is a browser-based character card gacha. Rip 10-card packs or pull single capsules with a lever or a string, file your cards in a binder, and every card you own swims in your tank as a pixel fish.
How much does it cost?
A 10-card pack is 1,000 P and a single capsule is 100 P (1 P = 1 KRW).
Can I play for free?
Yes — open 3 trial packs without signing up (results are not saved). New accounts also get 2 free capsules.
What is the difference between N, R, SR and SSR?
The same character looks different in every rarity: N is a plain matte card, R a silver reverse holo, SR a full-art night-aurora card, and SSR a gold secret card in shiny colors.
What are the odds?
Character and rarity are rolled independently for every card. The exact odds of every card are published on the odds page.
Do the draw styles have different odds?
No. Packs, levers and strings share the same odds, except that the 10th card of a pack is always R or better. Everything is drawn on the server.
How do I buy points?
With KakaoPay or TossPay, from 100 P to 10,000 P, after linking a social account. International payment methods are coming later.
How do I sign in?
With Google, Kakao or Naver — or start as a guest with just a nickname and link an account later.
What are Pack Points?
Exchange cards you don't need for Pack Points: N 0.01 · R 0.1 · SR 1 · SSR 5. One Pack Point opens one pack. They can't be cashed out, converted to paid points or given to anyone.
How do rankings work?
The SSR ranking counts SSR cards (then SR). The power ranking adds up the ATK of every card you own (base ATK × rarity multiplier N 1 · R 2 · SR 5 · SSR 12). There are no prizes.
How do refunds work?
Purchased points you have not used can be refunded anytime from Profile → Refunds. Add a refund account, request it, and card/PayPal payments are reversed automatically; bank-transfer top-ups are sent to your account. Spent points, pulled cards and Pack Points are not refundable.
Do I get a refund if I discard a card?
No. Discarding removes that one card and its fish; points and free pulls are not refunded.
What is the tank?
Every card you own adds one pixel fish in the character's color to your tank. SSR fish swim in shiny colors.
