Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These terms set out the conditions of using Gachaaa (the “Service”), operated by 서티파이 (Certifi) (the “Company”), and the rights and duties of the Company and members.

2. Accounts

You can join with a Google, Kakao or Naver account, or as a nickname-only guest, if you are 14 or older. Guest accounts live in one browser only.

2-2. Deleting your account

You can delete your account any time from Profile → Delete account. Your account, cards, points and records are erased immediately and cannot be restored; only records the law requires are kept, without your name, for the legal period (see the Privacy Policy).

3. Points and payments

Points (P) are a digital currency used to open packs and capsules in the Service.

Points are currently earned for free (daily bonus, aquarium turbine); paid top-ups are switched off. If they return, the rules below apply and will be announced in advance.

You can pay by bank transfer, KakaoPay, TossPay or PayPal. Purchased points you have not used can be refunded at any time from Profile → Refunds, back to the original payment method (bank-transfer top-ups go to your registered account within 1–3 business days).

Points spent on pulls and the cards obtained are digital content and cannot be withdrawn once used.

4. Random-draw products

Card packs and capsules are random-draw products. The odds of every card are published on the odds page and any change is announced in advance.

4-2. Card exchange and Pack Points

Owned cards can be exchanged for Pack Points at N 0.01 · R 0.1 · SR 1 · SSR 5; changes are announced in advance.

One Pack Point opens one card pack. Pack Points can only be used to open packs in the Service and cannot be exchanged for cash, paid points, vouchers or anything of monetary value, nor refunded, transferred or sold.

Cards and Pack Points cannot be traded or gifted between members or moved outside an account. Circumventing this for cash trades may restrict your account.

Rankings are for fun only; there are no prizes, rewards or money for any rank.

5. Prohibited conduct

Account trading, automated repeated pulls, abusing the payment system and impersonating other members are prohibited.

6. Changes and interruptions

The Service may be paused for maintenance or outages. Losses of paid points caused by the Company will be compensated.
